Amuse:
Oyster with Apple Caviar, Lemon Powder
Served with Athena, a refreshing, gently tart, German-style wheat beer.

First Course:
Cobia Poke, Sticky Rice, Crispy Coconut Avocado, Spicy Mango.
Served with the ever popular, Tropicalia, ripe passion fruit and citrus hop aroma lead to a full, fruit-forward hop flavor that washes over the palate, ending with subtle bitterness.

Second Course:
Wild Boar Belly Porchetta and Octopus, Honshemeji Mushrooms, Smoked Beets, Beet Gel.
Served with Reclaimed Rye, French oak and rye malt lend to a well-rounded body with delicate undertones of toasted bread, spice, and subtle vanilla.

Third Course:
Grilled Lamb Loin and Pressed Shoulder, Cranberry Beans, Fava, Picada Sauce.
Served with King’s Ransom, a strong, chocolaty Baltic Porter.

Fourth Course:
Savory Goat Cheese Cake with Spent Grain Crust and Pickled Green Strawberries
Served with Brettomatic ,the flavor and aroma include tropical fruits – kiwi, pineapple, melon, mango, papaya – along with some funk and subtle dry pepper
