Concentrics Restaurants is an Atlanta-based restaurant operating group that offers a full-service design, development, consulting and management firm that provides A to Z food and beverage solutions for freestanding restaurants and hotels across the nation. In addition to owning and operating our own restaurants, Concentrics Restaurants offers a development and management consulting service that provides A-Z solutions to your restaurant’s needs. It all begins with an idea. From there, we formulate a plan and put your thoughts onto paper. We handle all the details: concept development, site selection, lease negotiations, construction management, design, branding and staffing. Finally, we open the door to your new restaurant. The management division of Concentrics Restaurants manages your restaurant in its day-to-day operations including financial and accounting, staff management and Marketing and Public Relations.



Concentrics currently owns six properties in Atlanta including ONE. midtown kitchen, TWO urban licks, TAP, ParishThe Spence and Nexto (opening Spring 2016). Current and previous client concepts include Atlanta’s Murphy’s, The Painted Pin, FLIP Burger Boutique, HD1, La Pietra Cucina, STATS (a partnership with Atlanta’s Sports Radio 790 The Zone and Legacy Property Group), Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria (a partnership with Legacy Property Group). 30 Tables and 11 Stories at Glenn Hotel and Lobby Bar and Bistro and ROOM at Twelve within TWELVE Hotels, owned by Novare Development. Nationally, Concentrics has proudly created, consulted and represented a variety of hotel and restaurant clients including Winter Park, FL’s Luma on Park and Prato  (with CEO and Chairman of the Board of NASCAR, Brian France), Three Sixty, an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar offering unparalleled view and perched atop of the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark (owned by LHM), St. Louis’ The Cheshire Hotel  (Boundary, Basso, The Back Room, The Market, Upstairs - owned by LHM), 8UP: Elevated Drinkery & Kitchen at The Hilton at Clay Commons in Louisville, KY (FHG), Montgomery, AL’s Central, Chicago’s The Restaurants at theWit Hotel (ROOF, cibo matto, State + Lake - owned by the ECD Company), San Diego’s Juniper and Ivy (Chef Richard Blais and Juniper Hospitality) and more. Served with the ever popular, Tropicalia, ripe passion fruit and citrus hop aroma lead to a full, fruit-forward hop flavor that washes over the palate, ending with subtle bitterness.

Second Course:
Wild Boar Belly Porchetta and Octopus, Honshemeji Mushrooms, Smoked Beets, Beet Gel.
Served with Reclaimed Rye, French oak and rye malt lend to a well-rounded body with delicate undertones of toasted bread, spice, and subtle vanilla.

Third Course:
Grilled Lamb Loin and Pressed Shoulder, Cranberry Beans, Fava, Picada Sauce.
Served with King’s Ransom, a strong, chocolaty Baltic Porter.

Fourth Course:
Savory Goat Cheese Cake with Spent Grain Crust and Pickled Green Strawberries
Served with Brettomatic ,the flavor and aroma include tropical fruits – kiwi, pineapple, melon, mango, papaya – along with some funk and subtle dry pepper
