In addition to owning and operating our own restaurants, Concentrics Restaurants offers a development and management consulting service that provides A-Z solutions to your restaurant’s needs. It all begins with an idea. From there, we formulate a plan and put your thoughts onto paper. We handle all the details: concept development, site selection, lease negotiations, construction management, design, branding and staffing. Finally, we open the door to your new restaurant. The management division of Concentrics Restaurants manages your restaurant in its day-to-day operations including financial and accounting, staff management and Marketing and Public Relations.


Concentrics Restaurants, founded in 2002 by Bob Amick and Todd Rushing is an Atlanta-based restaurant operating group that owns, manages and develops nationally acclaimed concepts across the U.S., including cibo matto (Chicago), Luma on Park (Orlando) and Two Urban Licks (Atlanta). Concentrics Restaurants offers a full-service development and management team that provides A to Z solutions to any food and beverage operational needs. TAP at the airport is officially open!

We're pleased to announce the expansion of TAP to its newest Atlanta location, Concourse A of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

TAP at the airport officially opened on Tuesday, June 10 and offers all day dining. Signature fan favorites including TAPs Pub Burger, "Cowgirl Creamery" Grilled Cheese and infamous Tomato Soup are on the menu to enjoy!
